General
Yes, you can! Our delivery calendar will let you book in delivery up to a month in advance.
Yes. A message card is included in all orders. Please complete the "Message" box when checking out and include who it is from if you would like them to know. (We don't automatically include the name of the person who placed the order.)
Plants are living things so each one is different. We do our best to keep our photos updated to be representative of the size of the plants we currently have in stock.
If you are sending a plant, it will be presented in one of our Greenify Co. branded paper gift bags with rope handles and ribbons and will include the plant, ceramic pot, plant care card, personal message card and envelope.
If you are ordering a hamper from our ready made selection it will be presented in one of our Greenify Co. signature jute shopper totes, with ribbons and will include the plant, ceramic pot, plant care card, personal message card and envelope. You will also have the option to upgrade your packaging to a Robert Gordon Market Basket if you prefer.
If you are ordering from our Create Your Own Gift Option, you will be able to choose your preferred packaging as you move through the shopping process. Whichever option you choose, the final product will include the plant, ceramic pot, your gift selections, plant care card, personal message card,envelope and ribbons.
Yes we do, however please note that there is a minimum spend amount of $100 for AfterPay orders. If you select AfterPay and your order is under $100, you will receive an error response and will be required to select another form of payment. We have made the decision to implement this minimum order amount due to the high fees imposed by Afterpay to merchants. We appreciate your understanding.

We are closed on weekends.
DELIVERY
Orders placed prior to 10am are eligible for same day delivery within our Perth delivery zone If you have an urgent delivery and have missed the deadline, please get in touch at hello@greenifyco.com.au to see if we can help.
We have a flat rate delivery charge of $9.95 for orders within our Perth delivery zone. Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside of our delivery zone.

Please note that we do not deliver to hospitals and university campuses.
If you place an out of zone order without checking our delivery zones and/or before making prior arrangements with us and we are unable to facilitate the delivery, we will process a refund. We will notify you within 24hours or the next business day. Refunds may take several days to be processed by the bank and will incur an administration fee of $5.00.
You will have the option to select a delivery date once your selected item(s) have been placed in the cart. Our deliveries generally start at 10am and will be made by 5pm for businesses and 6pm for residential addresses.
Should an unexpected or unavoidable incident occur such as an accident, road closure or something else that prevents us delivering we will endeavour to redeliver the next day, there will be no re-delivery fee involved.
Should the recipient not be at home when we attempt to deliver we will leave the plant and/or gift in a shaded, secure area. If we are unable to access a location or find a secure place to leave the delivery, we will return the items to the Greenify Co. studio and a re-delivery fee will apply. We do not refund in this instance.
Yes we do. In the case of secure apartment complexes and gated properties, if we are unable to contact the recipient via intercom or mobile, a text message asking them to contact us will be sent and the gift will be returned to our studio. You will receive an email advising we were unable to deliver and we will then make alternate arrangements and a re-delivery fee of $9.95 will apply.
Please ensure you enter a phone number for the recipient. If you are unsure if the recipient will be home during the day, please consider having your gift sent to an alternate address, such as a workplace or somewhere there will be someone who is able to accept the gift
Please let us know prior to 10am if you have provided the wrong delivery address. If the delivery has already gone out and was unable to be delivered it will be taken back to our Greenify Co. studio and we will attempt delivery again the following day - a new $9.95 delivery fee will apply.
Please be careful to provide the correct delivery details. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we deliver as per your instructions, Greenify Co. take no responsibility for the error and will not collect, re-deliver or refund the order.
We currently only deliver Monday to Friday, other than special occasions like Valentines Day, Mother’s Day etc.
PLANT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our indoor plant subscriptions come in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month options, paid for in full at the time of purchase. To purchase a subscription, whether for a gift or for yourself, simply select your desired subscription length, add to the cart and enter the delivery details. Each month an exciting new plant and ceramic pot combination will delivered direct to your door.
Our plant subscriptions include a monthly delivery of an indoor plant, ceramic pot and plant care card presented in our signature Greenify Co. gift bag with ribbons and any add-ons you have selected.
When purchasing a subscription you can nominate a date for the first plant delivery. For the remainder of the subscription period, the plant and pot combo will be delivered on the second Wednesday of the month.
If you need to change the delivery address, please get in touch at hello@greenifyco.com.au at least 48hours prior to the second Wednesday of the month so we can update our delivery run and ensure the plant gets to its new home.
Sure, please just get in touch at hello@greenifyco.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the second Wednesday of the month and we will hold over your delivery until the following month.
Once the first delivery has been made, our subscriptions are non-refundable and deliveries will continue for the duration of the subscription. If you have special circumstances, please get in touch at hello@greenifyco.com.au and we will endeavour to come up with a solution.
CREATE YOUR OWN GIFT
Our Create Your Own Gift option gives you the flexibility to make a unique, personalised gift that suits your taste and budget. Your final product will include the plant of your choice, ceramic pot, your selection of gift items, plant care card and message card all carefully packaged in one of our signature jute shopper totes or market baskets adorned with ribbons.
Simply click on Create Your Own Gift, browse through our gorgeous range of home, beauty and botanical products and click ‘Add’ for the items you would like to include. At the top of the page you will see a running total of the items you have included and will be able to view / remove the gift bundle contents. When you are happy with your creation, add it to the cart, select a date and include your message. Greenify Co. will take care of the rest!
