Our online store accepts  Visa, Mastercard and American Express and is integrated with Afterpay

Prices and Product Availability

Prices shown on our website are the total price including any taxes.  Delivery is not included in the advertised price and will be added at checkout.

Due to the seasonal availability of indoor plant varieties, should the plant you have ordered not be available, Greenify Co. reserve the right to substitute with a similar option.  Similarly, should a gift item become unavailable we will substitute with a similar product of equal or higher value. Greenify Co. will make all reasonable efforts to keep our website updated. 

Please note that gift items can only be purchased as part of a gift bundle or as an add on item when purchasing a plant.

 

Refund and Cancellations

Client satisfaction is very important to us and we take great care to ensure your order is delivered on time and in the best possible condition.  Greenify Co. cannot be held responsible for the condition, loss or any damage to our plants, products and gift items after they have been delivered.  

If for some reason you are not completely happy with our service or product, please get in touch so we can try to rectify the situation.  Please ensure you contact us at hello@greenifyco.com.au within 24hrs if you believe there is a problem with your order so we can get straight to work on fixing it. Your satisfaction is our main priority.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind so please select carefully.

Subscription Cancellations – Our plant subscriptions are all pre-paid and are non refundable.  Please contact us ASAP at hello@greenifyco.com.au should you need to make any changes to the delivery address.
